工作内容:推动几个重要的E-system上线,例如餐厅系统,考勤系统,蓝领自助服务系统等等。要求:- 有很强的推动能力,协调资源达成项目结果。- 优秀的沟通协调能力,项目管理能力- 主要的考核KPI: deliver project result,HR 系统要上线。- 可以是IT背景,也可以是HR背景。不需要她自己做IT技术,此职位是一个桥梁,拉动各方面资源,确保项目进度和按时上线。- 英语流利Description of main tasks:HR system management- Fully manage human resource system to ensure the implementation of daily functions.- Responsible for the collection of HR system needs/expectation,make system implementation annual plans;- Assess existing HR system and HR business requirements, and provide timely system upgrade, expansion and improvement Suggestions;- Fully cooperate with the HR policies and procedures to ensure the normal circulation of HR systems in the daily work process;- Keep connection with Global HRIS team to support smooth integration project between China Local systems and Global systems when necessary- Evaluate solution of system change with Global HRIS, local IT and system vendors- Track data interface quality and manage data integration issues;- Authority management for user’s account;- Provide user manual or training guide for the change of data maintenance rule- HR data analysis and reporting- Build up key index monitoring process for HR system and analysis efficiency- Develop the continuously improvement plan on data accuracy and effectiveness for business optimization solutions;- Greater China monthly reports management- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.- Support and take initiatives on MOVE.- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security.- Support on Environmental Management.- Support on internal control.- Support on Excellence.Critical Competencies:- Willingness to change- Goal focus- Thinking outside the box- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting- Customer focus- Team Play- Communication- Social and intercultural sensitivity- Power of inspirationOther Critical Competencies:- Strong organization and planning skills;- Strong communication skills and good customer service attitude- Fluent in EnglishRequired Education & Experience:- Bachelor degree or above- +3 years experience in HR system and HR applications,- Good knowledge in SAP and understanding of the market trends in HRIS management and technology.- Strong project and people management skills.
